More About Me – Current

I feel, identify and recognize peoples’ motivations and intentions. I forestall and resolve conflicts. I help organizations to find and define their purpose. I have mentored and coached individuals and groups and have chaired groups for many years.

I deliver the Avatar® Course (www.avatarepc.com), working intensively to assist people explore their consciousness and learn tools of consciousness so they can live deliberately; and am now a Senior Partner at JTS Strategic Partners, a management consulting firm here in the Peninsula/San Francisco Bay area.

I am also Coordinator of the Mentor Program at the American Red Cross-Silicon Valley Chapter in Santa Clara County, CA (San Jose and environs); and a member of the Board of Directors for Abilities United in Palo Alto (an agency caring for the Developmentally Disabled, for adults with physical disabilities, and pairing this care with interactions with normal children and adults). I work on the World Community Service committee of the Palo Alto Rotary Club.

I was trained in physiology, biochemistry and medicine at Oxford University and Harvard. I did research, teaching, and clinical care at the National Institutes of Health, at UCLA School of Medicine, and at LSU-Shreveport’s Veterans Administration Medical Center. I then entered private practice in Syracuse, NY, continuing to teach and to advocate for good patient care. Specifics are in the sections on education and career.
